We are a small, selected few.
We see mistranslations every day in even the most prestigious of publications. For a non-native speaker it's often difficult to understand the concrete meanings of idioms and colloquialisms, and it often shows in their body of translation work. We have carefully selected a small team of freelance translators to assist us - our friends and colleagues whom we trust - that not only have experience in the field of translating and interpreting but are professionals in their field, and have a keen eye for detail. Whether they are mother tongue English, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese or French, they are all at least bi-lingual and enjoy, as we do, performing translations on a personal level and exclusively translate into their native language. That means we speak your language (and a few others!) and have thorough knowledge of, and an intimate connection with, both the target and source languages of our clients' documents.
We don't have many overhead costs or employees to maintain, so we can fully commit to delivering quality translations to you when you need them, at a very competitive cost. We take pride in maintaining long-term relationships with our clients as well as offering a more personal service than most agencies!
We pay close attention to our projects.
Our system works as such that the native speaker (of the target language) takes the lead on the translating and a second translator proofreads the work to ensure quality and smooth reading of the final product. Some people are born translators, others are great proofreaders; we've found a happy balance with our "checks and balances" system which ensures that every word and detail is accurate and true to the original document.
We'll still be there after the project is completed.
Even after we've given you back your translated project, we don't consider our relationship with you to be over. If you have any questions regarding the translation of your document - before, during or after the translation process - we'll be ready to answer them. Our goal is to make sure you feel completely satisfied with the final product (which we know can be a bit difficult if you don't know the language very well!); we'll be there every step of the way to help you.
